The Romney Family Table cookbook by author Ann Romney is the perfect cookbook for a Romney family fan. You will find plenty of family stories and gorgeous photos strewn throughout her cookbook. You will see the Romney family participating in normal family activities ranging from breakfast at home or romping around at the family cabin located in Lake Winnipesaukee. Between the family stories and photos you will find recipes. There are plenty of home-style recipes although there some upscale gourmet recipes to be found too.

Just got my copy of The Romney Family Table and luv it...it's a beautiful book at a great price! I admit, I'm a big Ann Romney fan and think she's very classy, and bought this book partly becuase she's giving the proceeds back to MS, but have always admired the way she's persevered through her battles with breast cancer and MS, and still been a great wife, mom and grandma! Not only does it have some great recipes that I want to try (the carrot soup and homemade ice cream are on my "to do" list), but I loved how she gives us readers a chance to see what her life has been like, the frustrations with being a Mom to all those boys with a husband who was away, and that she never had a maid or nanny while raising those boys. What I love most is that it connects recipes with experiences because those are reasons why I love cooking and it's something I want for my family! I'm also thinking of getting a copy for each of my sisters & Mom as an early Christmas present! Kudos to Ann for sharing & giving back!
